What is upkeep in hobbit kom
This includes upgrading your Wall to be able to upgrade your Keep. Upgrading your Keep unlocks additional resource building locations. It is also recommended to upgrade any and all Farms, Arboretums, Quarries, and Ore Veins as high as you can.
Upgrade your Academy to at least level 4 and focus beginning research on Fertilizer, Arbors, Masonry, and Smelting. Near the beginning you will want to focus more on Stone and Wood due to the massive amounts of building upgrades and new constructions that you will be carrying out. Do not ONLY focus on food unless you are higher level and have most of your buildings and research options completed or have a second city, which I will get into below.
When you have roughly days left of your protection bubble, it is recommended to start researching the options and constructing the required buildings to unlock your Tier 1 troops.
Wilds exist to help players increase their resource production. Conquering wilds provides bonuses to your resources depending on which wild you take control of. The idea is to have all Level 10 wilds to maximize your production but in the beginning this will be nearly impossible due to the strength of troops that are stationed at higher levels. It is best to focus on conquering Level wilds to begin with and slowing replacing them with higher levels as you grow and train more and better troops.
Keep in mind that you can only conquer as many wilds as the level of your Keep up to a maximum of 9 Limit increases to 10 if you have upgraded the Keep to Level 10 using a Hobbit Building Crew; Cost: Mithril each.
When having a second city, it is most common to focus one city on Food and one city on Ore, Wood, and Stone. By doing this it allows you to house your troops at your non-food resource city so they do not consume your food supply.
This results in you being able to train an unprecedented virtually unlimited amount of troops with no negative aspects. Troops will not leave if not fed so you can just keep training troops at your food city and transferring them over to your non-food city. This is a common tactic used by a lot of players within the game. This helps and is one of the only ways to increase your army size exponentially. This tactic requires a slightly more advanced mindset when approaching.
It is possible to increase your troops and might exponentially without a second city. This is done by focusing your city on ONLY food production. By doing this you will severely inhibit your ability to grow your city but you will drastically reduce the amount of food resources you need to farm from other players after your army gets to be a considerable size. And do all 10 buildings have to be 10 or is it some 10 and some 11?
Kareem Ali - July 30, AM. Lvl 10 is the max. There are no lvl 11 buildings because after 10 it becomes runecrafted lvl 1 and then counts up again. The requirements to reach research lvl 10 for the different topics vary but for all of them you need to raise your academy to lvl So, for example, to reach Arbors lvl 10 you have to have a lvl 10 academy and lumber mill first.
Kareem Ali - May 19, AM. Kareem Ali - April 23, AM. Which server are you on? Which is greyed out. Soon november…and I have a zillion runes for no use. Almost all 3 citys 4th is not yet available here all buildings at lvl Kareem Ali - October 28, AM.
Wow, runecrafting has been available on my server for a year now. Hold on to those runes because you will need a ton of them to reach the max runecrafted level. Do you have Gem mining or Goblin caverns yet? Kareem Ali - November 1, PM.
Thanks for clearing up all the questions about typecasting. This is probably the best T4 troop guide I have read yet. It actually explains all of the other buildings needed upgraded instead of just talking about barracks.
Kareem Ali - April 20, PM. Glad this guide was able to help. Good work sir, really appreciate you taking the trouble to share this great guide. Kareem Ali - April 2, AM. I have my heroes building at lvl 10, however I cannot see this so called runecraft button. Dwarves are not natural horsemen, but their mountain ponies trot well enough to get their axes to the right place.
All Dwarves will fight to protect their people, even those who lack amour and proper weapons. Perfectly balanced and with the strength of the Dwarven arm behind it, a throwing axe is a deadly weapon. Supply carts can carry gifts to one's friends and bring back loot from one's foes. In either case their arrival is most welcome. Swift-riding hunters chase their foes through woods and over mountains. None can escape them. Elven warriors have been protecting their land for countless centuries.
Few enemies can match their valor. Supply carts let you bring back even more loot from your enemies - or send even richer gifts to your friends! For centuries, Dwarven axes have kept the mountains safe from thieving Goblins and sneaking Elves alike.
Supply wagons are heavily armored to carry loot through a raging battle and bring it back unscathed. These elite Elven warriors ride noble steeds into battle, scattering their foes in all directions. I did the same. Though in retrospect, moving all the troops to city 2 while the high level EXP heroes are in city 1, is this not incongruous? For optimal battle strategy, would you not want to have troop storage located in the same city as the EXP heroes?
Kareem Ali - January 31, PM. This strategy weighs the different trade-offs and allows both your cities to be very productive from jump, and you can still produce new troops in your first city and just use those troops with your best heroes. And even if you want to transport troops back to city 1 before each battle, the marching time should be considerably less than building or research time, which can take hours at that level.
Did you encounter any other problems when moving all your troops to your 2nd city? Good points, I could also stage a basic number of troops in city 1 ready for battle anytime — reassign more support if needed. However, I discovered how huge my farming capacity is in city 1 which vastly outpaces my ability to produce troops. So at the moment I bank in the bank millions. I want to get it all working on level, where I am just transporting the resources.
Then I may eventually start thinking having more balance within each city when the third city comes into play. Kareem Ali - February 1, PM. Double research is the best especially when you get to level 6 and above. It saves a lot of time.
