I just found two critter-eaten, soaking wet, molding packages that were supposed to be delivered about 3 months ago lying up against a concrete gatepost at the bottom of a rural driveway shared by 3 residences.
I only saw them because I happened to go for a walk down the road. Only a complete idiot or a complete jerk would leave a package there. Apparently On Trac hires both. I will no longer buy products from companies that use On Trac.

Item made it to distribution hub 30 miles away from us and then tracking said delayed seven times yes 7! Then all of a sudden it says delivered out of the blue. I go home no package. Check my HD security cameras nobody came to the house, there was no delivery. Full blatant liars. Called company they said it was delivered. Yea right bunch of scam artists. Don't use these guys at all costs! Yesterday, Labor Day my Baseball bat never came, just the box.
If someone stole it they would have taken the whole box. My order was delivered empty and opened on one end. Box was not even laid down. Standing straight up. Usually I get a picture of my delivery. Didn't even receive that. Thank God Amazon refunded me, but this is not right with your delivery system.
IMO, businesses who use this company risk losing their customers. As a business owner myself, I understand the need to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but my abysmal track record receiving packages from OnTrac's "Delivery Service" puts the whole definition of "Service" into question not to mention "receiving". I ordered a new gaming monitor from Walmart. Two days later, On-trac sent me a notification saying we delivered your package to your front door. I was home, still no package. Of course the website suggested i wait 48 hours?
Who the hell would say that, especially after the driver marked it delivered? Anyway, Walmart said its On-Trac, on track can't seem to find my package or the driver to ask about it. Please change your name to; Off-Track. That seems to fit your business model. This is the second time ontrac has delivered my packages to another house. It's like there workers are in a rush.
It says it was delivered no knock on the door or anything like come on! Ontrac needs to be shut down because they have more negative then positive! And my packages aren't cheap and it seems like they are getting delivered anymore I don't even want to order from the website that has ontrac as there carrier because of this like come on! I have notified all of the companies that I do online business with, that I will discontinue their services if they continue to use Ontrac for delivery.
Packages shown to be delivered can be anywhere on the 4 acre property or neighboring property. Ontrack just delivered a package of vitamins to me.
These were in glass bottles and only protected by a Little inflated plastic bag. I have a Small chain link gate in my front yard and instead of opening the gate and put it on my porch they just tossed it over the gate onto the cement! I'm furious! Lucky for them it did not break. Then I tried to call the company on the phone number that was provided on the package and you can't get through to a person.
More furious! OnTrac threw a box of dog meds from chewy. Why not ring the doorbell? Effectively, OnTrac poisoned my dog and refuses to take responsibility.
I tried to give Ontrac a negative star review, but they keep saying delayed. This is by far the worst shipping company around. If my retailer continues to use OnTrac they will lose my business. There is no excuse why my package has been out for delivery, in my tiny city, for 5 days. Businesses need to be aware that they are going to lose customers and money if this continues.
I'm not even sure why Ontrac is operating at all with the millions of 1 star reviews. I ordered an item from Macys. It was supposed to be delivered by OnTrac. This is impossible as I was home all day and my apartment was getting a new roof. There is no way the delivery was being made.
They told me when I sent an email asking where the item was they took zero responsibility and told me it was not there problem. When I called to inquire I was rudely hung up on.
On trac has a terrible track record with our Blue Apron orders. The delivery drivers have refused to bring our box up three steps on our front porch which every other delivery company seems capable of to get the package out of the weather and out of sight from the road.
About every 5th or 6th delivery goes completely missing or arrives more than two days late meaning that the food has become spoiled due to the cooling units thawing. Calling customer service brings further disappointment as there is no taking responsibility of the failed deliveries or attempts to make the error right.
I've been promised a delivery going on three days now as it sits in a local warehouse with no hope of it ever being delivered to me.
The worst part about it is I can leave my house until 6pm each day, because I know the item will be stolen if I'm not around. Every day I just wait around until the clock reads 6pm, and I get the latest your delivery has been delayed message. Poor excuse for a company! We live in the country.
